All producers and operators wishing to market processed or unprocessed organic agricultural products in the Canadian market must certify their products in accordance with COR (Canada Organic Regime) standards. Administered by the CFIA, this regulation ensures — thanks to the US-Canada Organic Equivalency Arrangement (USCOEA) — that COR-certified products are also accepted as 'Organic' in the US market, provided that specific required conditions are met.
In line with its goal of expanding its global service network, MS Certification is currently applying for official accreditation to obtain authorisation under the EU 2018/848 and COR (Canada Organic Regime) schemes.
We aim to complete the accreditation process as soon as possible and launch these new services for our clients.
Updates regarding the accreditation process and authorisation stages will continue to be shared transparently on this page and through our official communication channels.
