You can access Regulation (EU) 2021/2306, which supplements Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This regulation sets out the rules on official controls and the Certificate of Inspection (COI) for consignments of organic and in-conversion products intended for import into the European Union, entered into force on 1 January 2022, and repealed Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008.
